Kind-of like a new book, sometimes I start editing pictures and can’t “put it down”. That’s what happened today as I looked through the 300 or so shots I took of my latest clients. The mom and her two daughters got the shoot as a surprise for the husband/dad. The mom was so beautiful – she looked like a movie star. The girls were very sweet and easy to take pictures of. Here is a peek:

Unlike the babe last week, this one was either sleeping or eating the entire time. No open-eyed picture for her! While she ate, I was able to get some cute pictures of her proud other sister. Then while she slept, I got some of her. . .

At the farmer’s market today my oldest spied some rhubarb and was determined to make something with it. We decided on cobbler decorated with dough cut outs of girls, cats and circles.

What better way to start a new blog than with a new baby. This little one was so tiny – you really do forget how small they are – and squishy! She was awake & alert most of the session. After a couple hours I thought perhaps we would need to give-up on a sleeping shot but then she finally dozed off . . .
